Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your GridBeat account without keeping the app installed. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete the account.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your GridBeat account.
Use the subject “Delete my GridBeat account” and clearly confirm that you want the account permanently deleted.
CodeBySA may reply to verify that you own the account before completing the request. Never send your password, sign-in code, payment-card details, private keys, or access tokens.

Preferences, registered devices, and notification settings.
Predictions, poll votes, scores, XP, and collection data attached to your account.
Public-profile settings and personal data connected to collectible trades.
GridBeat's copy of your premium entitlement and account-linked product events.

Limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or transaction-integrity purposes. Information held independently by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat is governed by those providers and may require a separate subscription-management or privacy request.
